Towards a major change of mentalities
And if the 21st Century were announced under the sign of the knowledge, of the virtues of intelligence, and a rebirth of the relation?
Behind technologies, more and more often, thanks to them, the word circulates, the links are woven, the knowledge is exchanged, and in the interrelationship a new reality is building itself. Party taken and humanistic optimism? Perhaps... but the interactivity is inherent in information technologies, which are a relational means of an incomparable range, a new tool of expression, creation, and availability of knowledge.
The interpersonal and collective relations, the expression of the needs and waitings, the designs organisational and the economic creation of value... all the aspects of the human activity and the behaviors are evolving to new configurations marked by the transformation of space and time.
But which direction will be given to the action, in these new contexts? To be centered on the knowledge and knowledge, in the world of the company, at the same time makes it possible to answer a requirement of efficiency and effectiveness, and to give again with the man his fundamental place of alive actor, exerting in the organization, to create richness, its faculty there to think, create, exchange. He cannot be regarded there any more as a factor among others, a simple resource, and becomes a true internal partner whom it is necessary to know to interest... either only with stocks options, but also by giving the opportunity to him to grow rich in knowledge(*). The desire to learn, which lives all human being, finds in the company of the 21st Century a ground of election: the knowledge is transformed there into visible action and economic richness.
Knowledge Management indicates a process of transformation deep, and probably durable, which touches the design even company. It is initially about its own knowledge, which it knows little about, and which it wants to transform into richness. But also of the knowledge which is created in its relations partenariales, and in the link with the customers. And what allows progrésser with as much intensity in new ways, it is the deployment extrèmement fast and in continual evolution of new information technologies.
